How is my payment processed?

Majikatz accepts all major credit cards and all payment processing is securely handled by Squarespace Commerce using Paypal or Stripe, depending on your payment method.

When will my order ship?

Standard orders will ship Mon-Fri within 2 business days of order date. Wholesale orders will ship out within 7 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, Canadian orders arrive in 2-6 business days, US orders arrive in 3-12 business days, and international orders arrive in 6-15 business days. Occasionally items that have to travel through customs get held up to a week longer. These delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on season and your country's delivery times.

Can I return my order?

Returns are permitted within 7 days of item receipt. Please ship your item in new condition for a refund of the purchase price to PO Box 33027, Ira Needles, Waterloo, ON N2T 2M9. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

What do i do if my order is damaged?

Orders are packaged with care, but still, damage can happen in transit. If this happens, please email a photo of the damage to info@majikatz.ca within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise, and a refund or replacement will be arranged.
